This helps in not only weight loss but also creates healthier eating habits. Cons of Weight Loss Systems:
Prepackaged diet meal plan has the disadvantage that once the person leaves the programme he/she gains weight. Some programmes have herbal pills but the safety of such pills preparations has not been fully established. Some diet plans which rely on coffee, crackers, and soup preparations are not endorsed by any medical professional or organization and can be potentially dangerous.

Finally one has to understand that to lose weight, individuals must practice a healthy diet and exercise regularly.
